Meet Sims.

Sims has spent over a decade in the employee benefits space with a primary focus on sales, partnerships, and GTM strategy.

His experience includes insurance carriers, enrollment firms, and benefits technology companies ranging in size from pre-seed startups to Fortune 1000s.

Sims specializes in creating and operationalizing new product offerings, establishing and maintaining broker partnerships, and solidifying GTM strategies that scale.

Outside of the office, Sims is passionate about community involvement, tattoos, music, and connecting people. He currently resides in Forest Acres, SC with his wife, two sons, and dog.
